Q & A With My Cowboy

Posted on February 6, 2014 by prairiemoonquilts in Quotes

I thought you might get a kick outta these real questions I asked My Cowboy, and the real answers I got in reply . . .

Me: “There’s Polish sausage, and Italian sausage . . . so what’s the word for Irish sausage?”
Him: “Potato.”

Me: “Did you mean she couldn’t understand what you were saying, or she couldn’t hear what you were saying?”
Him: “Yes.”

Me: “Did you just fart?”
Him: “No, I was speakin’ Italian.”

Me: “So I just take this road here to get to P?”
Him: “Or you could just go in the back yard like I do.”

Me: “Would you like a napkin?”
Him: “What?! I’m a cowboy — that’s why God gave me sleeves.”

Me: “So if we’re from Wien, does that make us Wieners?”
Him: “Yep. Or maybe Weenie-uns.”

Me: “If you cross a Charolais with a Brahman, do you get a Charmin?”
Him: “NO.”

Me: “Is that a wedding or a funeral?”
Him: “Yep.”

Me: “Are you an introvert or an extrovert?”
Him: “Yes.”

Thanks for the laughs! I’m married to a really smart man (PhD in Computer Science) who can be as dense as they come! I’ll ask him a question requiring a real answer & I’ll get either “yes” or “no”…not a yes-no question. It’s heartening to know it’s all men!!!

Have any of you ever heard the conversation trying to decide if it was George Burns or Gracie Allen who was the real comedic genius? The Cowboy may be witty and have some comedic genius……….but it takes the Cowgirl Gracie to make it into really funny stuff.

LOL. Your cowboy sounds like a hoot!

  4. Bari says:

He is a hoot! It is a great thing when we make each other laugh….we can weather a lot more storms that way!
