Brunswick Forest, Block Eight

This month’s block is another of my favorites: Tree of Life.

We’re back to the triangles this month, but they’re so worth it!

This block is another possibility for an all-scrappy quilt of trees! I think I’m officially in what my friend, Rose Marie, would call my “Tree Phase” — haha! I wanna make ALL the trees!

I don’t have any tidbits of wisdom for you about the quilt this month. By now, you’re probably getting along OK, and if not, feel free to ask me any questions you might have. Don’t forget, you don’t have to wait until you have all the trees done to start the settings, so dig right in!

Oh, and I’m gonna post the setting instructions for the scrappy version here one more time. I think I buried it kinda deep, and sometimes people are having trouble finding it. This is setting instructions only, remember — for the blocks themselves, you’ll need the Brunswick Forest booklet, which is available from Sew Sweet Quilt Shop (660.548.3056).
