The 2012 Final Countdown

It’s the 2012 Final Countdown!
Three days of tasks to help you get the new quilting year started off right — with prizes!
It begins tomorrow, and here’s how it works:
* Each day, for the next 3 days, I’ll assign you a task.
* Your job is to do the task.
* When you’ve done the task, leave a comment on that day’s post, and either link to a blog post you’ve written about it, or just leave a comment telling us all how fabulously you did and how easy the task was for you. You can comment on each day’s post, as you do each task. Even if you don’t do the task, you can still comment for a chance at the prizes. I’m not one for leaving anybody out of the fun.
* You have until noon, January 5th, 2013, to complete all the tasks, and leave your comments. At that time, I will draw one prize for each task from the comments left on each task’s post. That means there will be three winners.
So . . . check back tomorrow, and I’ll let you know what your first task will be. And as always, I’ll be doing these right alongside you (because most likely, I need to do them worse than anyone else anyway).

I really enjoy your Final Countdown tasks each year. It will be a challenge to get them done this year as there is a mini quilt show in my house including three 7 foot x 6 1/2 foot PVC pipe stands for hanging some of the quilts in the middle of my sewing room/office.
However, it means that my ironing board, cutting table and sewing table are clear and the room has been swept. I wonder though where my husband is going to find to store this until we take it down next week?
I really need to work in my area, so I can’t wait to see what our tasks are. I need motivation.
Great! Just what I need. Another list of tasks!! But you know I can’t stand not to do what you are doing!! I’ll be back tomorrow.
I don’t even know what they are yet, but I am sure I need to do them more…LOL
