Mad Dash Sew-Along, Week 18

We’re close to the halfway point, I believe. Section Five is the very center section, and it’s all background!

My one tip for this section is to make sure you definitely have your one-third/two-thirds blocks turned correctly, so that when they match up with the sections next to them, they form the blocks properly.

Other than that, this section is super quick and easy, if you have your block stockpile filled up! If you’re still working on your stockpile, like I am, it’s a good time to keep on working on that. That’s what I’m doing for another couple weeks.

   I don’t recall seeing your original version, but I love it! And of course, the orange/low volume is amazing too. It looks like a lot of work, but I expect the rewards are worth it as you combine all the elements.

   Both versions are really nice. I kind of like the greys version the best though. You really have an incredible stash collection for sure.
