Creativity Challenge #8

Posted on February 25, 2016 by prairiemoonquilts in Creativity Challenges

How’s your junk journal coming along?

Mine is a mishmash of stuff so far, but that sorta fits me — haha! I’ll get some pictures soon and show you some of my progress.

I’ve decided to take this week for a bit of catching up. I want to go back and devote some more time to some of the challenges I started earlier — more doodling, more coloring, finishing my initials in art and getting them hung up where I want them. I want to write down more words, and finish drawing my trees.

So this week’s challenge is to:

Go back and work more on some of your previous challenges

I don’t really consider any of mine to be finished, so I’m using this week to add to my doodles, finish my coloring page, draw some more, etc.

How about you?

Can you use a catch-up week as well?

Oops! I forgot to announce the give-away winner!

The winner of the ephemera pack is: Carole S. I hope it comes in handy for your junk journaling!

I’m not good at this, but I’m thinking about it. Hope that counts. LOL
I did start my smash book and DD did too.
I’ll have to take some photos soon.

Thanks for a week to catch up. I’ve got stuff for my book gathered, but not together. Other projects are in the works, but not finished, so this “extra” time is good. Thanks!

I loved this challenge!! Books are such fun, and terribly addictive. I catch myself picking up little bits all over the house to glue in.

I wrote about all of the things I uncovered this week here:

I can safely say that this is what I’ll be spending my catch-up week doing.

  6. Hi,
I’ve several lines of words, worked on my doodle some more and re-done my Smash/Junk Journal. Have a great day!
