It’s time for Section Four already!
Here’s my original (a dark photo for some reason):

Here’s a much better shot from my second version:

There’s a partial seam in this section, but you should be a pro at that after Section Three, so I know you can handle it. Refer back to this tutorial post if you need help (altho the order may be a bit different). The steps in the pattern should walk you through it easily.
I’m glad we’re through all the hardest parts now, and everything you’ll face from here on out is something you’ll have done in a previous section, so it should be easier the second (or third) time around.
My own progress is severely slowed for right now, since I ended up having to have a partial elbow replacement last week. I’m back to square one with my elbow recovery, hoping this time the process goes a bit faster and better than the first time around. Send some good juju!
And happy stitching as you’re making your Mad Dash!
Hope this surgury does the trick for you. Have a quick and speedy recovery. I’m on the last section and your directions are great. I mainly look at your diagrams and follow those since you have explained your partial seams.
Hope your recovery is smooth and speedy.
Hope the healing goes smoothly. I fell when visiting my daughter – scraped knee & elbow & hurt wrist. It still hurts when i tried to use rotary cutter, so have a better sense of your difficulties. Speedy recovery on your surgery! .
Oh Shelly. So sorry to hear about your partial elbow replacement. Hope your recovery is fast and easy. Nothing worse for a quilter than a body problem. I guess you’re going to have to teach Cowboy to quilt.
Prayers for good recovery!
I hope your surgery is a success and you are soon fighting fit again. xx
Oh no, surgery is not fun but hoping that you get the results you want. Sending healing thoughts your way. My sewing has taken a back seat for the last several weeks due to life changes. I hope we are both able to get back on track soon! 💜
We’ll I’m sure you are over it with your arm/elbow – I hope this latest procedure is the solution & you can get back doing the things you like. This is retreat week & I’ll certainly be missing you again. Take care.
