This year’s stocking is named “Rusty” . . .
. . . after the colors I decided to use. I wanted to use these colors, and the name Rusty just fit, so here it is!
Calm, warm colors, with a minimal amount of appliqué, and featuring some hand embroidery, Rusty makes #18 in the series.
As with most of the stockings, there are lots of options:
- • You can change the size of the stocking to whatever you need
- • You can make the toe point the opposite direction
- • You can make it decorated on both sides
- • You can make the lining go all the way down into the toe (I don’t extend the lining inside mine)
- • You can use whatever colors you want
- • You can embellish it however you wish
Rusty, as shown, measures 16″ tall, 10″ from toe to heel, 5 1/4″ wide at the top edge, and 4 1/4″ wide at the ankle point.
The PDF pattern is available in my Etsy shop, as are all the other previous Prairie Moon Ranch Cowboy Christmas Stockings, so pick your favorite(s) and stitch up a cowboy boot stocking or two!
