Ciara’s Take Two Quilt

Posted on January 27, 2025 by prairiemoonquilts in My Patterns

Or, I guess we should call it “Take 40” — haha!

Ciara made this quilt from my “Take Two” pattern for her son (I think). Correction! She made it for her husband for his 40th birthday — and I just love how it came out!

If you zoom in, you can see how she fussy cut the center squares with motorcycle fabrics, so that it’s personalized just for him! I love it!

The pattern is available in my Etsy shop, in both print and PDF versions. And don’t be intimidated. It’s not as hard as it looks. I’ve made three of them so far!

You can see more pictures and read more about it HERE.

this is so awesome that my quilt made the blog! It was actually made for my husband’s 40th bday! It was very fun to personalize it to who it is for. The cutting it apart section was a bit scary but do-able.

This is so cool!! Better than a t-shirt quilt.
