Quilting for Hire

It’s mostly what I do . . . and have I ever mentioned I wrote a book on the subject??

I’m sure I have. And I’ve written several extra articles to go along with it. (You can find those HERE.)

There are still some fun things I’ve been wanting to do to go along with the book, and I’m hoping to find time to do some of those throughout the year. While a lot of these things will be geared toward folks with longarm machines, and even more specifically, those who use their machines to quilt for others, some of the activities will be useful even if you’re just a top-maker, so when those activities come along, don’t hesitate to join us. The fun around this place is for everyone! Haha!

Meanwhile, if Santa brought you a longarm machine for Christmas, and you’re thinking about starting up a quilting-for-hire business, this handbook is for you. I wrote it to be non-boring, fun, funny, interactive, and thought-provoking, and most of all, useful for those who need help getting their business off the ground.

Autographed copies of the book are back in stock in my Etsy shop, so grab one and don’t put off that dream any longer!

Even though I have not got me a long arm machine yet I have bought in the book and I have enjoyed reading it and will probably read it again here before long

It’s a fantastic book! You were very thorough in your approach to help guide someone through the process of setting up their own “quilting for hire” business.
