Happy New Year!

Posted on January 1, 2025 by prairiemoonquilts in What's New

Just wanted to pop on today and tell you all how grateful I am that you continue to come here and look at my quilts and read my drivel every week. I really appreciate that you take the time to visit, read, and leave comments (in spite of how difficult reCaptcha makes it sometimes).

I hope you are all headed into a fantastic 2025, and get all the sewing time you want!

PS: If you want to subscribe to all the News from the Ranch, the form is in the upper right. Then you won’t miss any of the fun stuff I’m hoping to send your way this coming year!

Thank you for your sharing your trials, tribulations and laughter. Your animal stories always bring joy. I read your Cowboy’s wisdom when I need some good laughs.

Really enjoy your posts. A long time ago I remember you saying that if you have orphaned block put them together with other left over fabric and make a quilt. This past week I was trying to get my sewing room back in shape and found several orphans all in blue tones. And lots and lots of scraps in the same colors. I’ve had so much fun making them into blocks. I haven’t any idea what it will look like when I put it all together. I’m naming it “get hide of your blues”. This is a sad time of year sometimes so the name could refer to my health or my scrapes!! Happy New Year

Thanks for keeping us updated. Love reading about your life. Thanks for keeping me motivated. I don’t always get a lot of sewing done. However, with the year end tasks, I did clean off my sewing cabinet and the floor to the point I was able to make blocks today.

Belated Happy New Year! Bad phone line/internet connection, family and lurgies in that order. Phone man seemingly can’t find the problem – we think a branch rubbed it in the winds somewhere. Hey ho! Can only get better!
And thank you – not drivel to me!
