Generation Q Magazine

I’m very excited that Generation Q Magazine has an article on my Hazel’s Diary project in their July/August 2015 issue!

If you’re interested in more of the background on how the project came to be, pick up a copy of the magazine, and read more about it.

There’s a picture of the diary that started it all, laying on a quilt that my grandmother made in the early 1930s:

The article has some neat pictures to go along with the diary, and information on the quilt that is currently running as the Kansas City Star Block of the Month.

There might be a few hints at what’s coming next with the project, too.

The article was written by Linda Hamlin — she was a delight to work with. She made it so fun!

The magazine also has some other very neat articles (I particularly like their interview with Molli Sparkles) and several really cool quilt and project patterns, so get your copy before they’re all gone.

If you can’t find it locally, you can get it directly from GenQ HERE.
