Llywelyn’s Pub

Llywelyn’s Pub is a chain of Irish pubs in the St. Louis area.

logoThey have 6 locations to choose from, and this Sunday, they’re offering a Father’s Day Special.

Why does this interest me? Well . . .

Llywelyn’s Pub loves to be involved in their community and give back whenever possible. I’m also kinda keen on that my ownself!

And why should it interest you? Well . . .

This Father’s Day, Llywelyn’s Pub is treating Dads!

If Dad brings in an OLD, USED TIE to any of their SIX locations ON Father’s Day, he will get a free meal!

And they’re donating all the neckties they collect to my Necktie Social project!

So if you’re in the St. Louis — St. Charles — O’Fallon area, take your dad (and one of his old ugly ties) to a Llywelyn’s Pub for a free meal on Father’s Day this Sunday, and help out a good cause! And Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there!

This is really good news. If I had my Irishman in the St. Louis area this month, we would visit and turn in a tie or two. (He hates them even though he looks so dignified in a tie and a jacket.) My final revenge, should I outlive him, is to bury him in a tie and a jacket. He’ll rip that puppy off first thing at the Great Resurrection!!
